Dear Sir,
This is to draw your kind attention towards my Regular Water Bill which is always generated on the basis of PLOC whereas under no circumstances the premises has always been found locked for last 2 years. Probably it might happen co-incidentally for one (or) two times but logically can’t be possible to happen always. The billing amount generated on this basis is so high that it is nearly three/four times than that of the actual usage. I have been lodging complaints for many times but facing no response failing which I am here to write you.
Therefore, I am requesting you to please adjust the overbilling amount at the earliest and send your meter reader to take the current readings always which is displayed in the water meter of my premises.
You are requested to do the needful.
