Delhi Jal Board — Rectification of bill for water connection K[protected] | |||
Sat, 28 Jun at 11:00 pm Sir/ Madam, I did not receive any bill for above water connection no. as earlier it was sent through message on phone, after I registered a complaint on 03/12/2020 at 2.31 PM., apprising that our house 39-A, Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095 had been closed since 27/02/2020 as we are living in Canada. We have also received an email from Grievance Department, Delhi Jal Board saying that my issue will be resolved soon. Today I have checked to see my zero bill on Delhi Jal board site, as I get zero bill in case of Electricity Bills since my house is locked. How is it possible that when my Electricity bill is zero, and we are getting Water Bill more than Rs.5000/-. It is pertinent to mention here that, my water bill was zero, even when I was in India as my water consumption was very less. I once again request you to please rectify my water bill to zero, as house is locked since 27/02/2020. This fact can be verified from the said location.
