Please note that meter is private owned by me not by the djb, hence no rent would be charge. On what basis you are taking charges of meter rent every time.
Secondly service charges mention rs 285 /- for 39 days. Can you please let me know how charges work.
Current consumption is of 36 units, since units are less does not charge any payment.
However, if the monthly consumption exceeds 20, 000 litres then charges for entire supply of water will have to be paid. But here charges are less then on what basis djb bill generate.
Kindly clarify this matter to me

Water supply is very bad, water has a stinky smell and color is black, it smell like a Sewage water, I am a resident of G-Black Naraina Vihar, can you please look into the matter as soon as possible.
