Delhi Jal Board — Unsolved sewage issue

Hello sir,
I am resident of khizrabad new friends colony in my lane sewerage water is standing and leaking since last week other colony people are going to complaint they come twice or thrice but still situation is same it's shameful to say your staff is not informed when they will resolved the problem we are suffering.
Kindly solved the problem on urgent basis
