Delhi Jal Board — Very Poor Quality of Water(its Black in colour!!!)

Respected Sir, I am a resident of Triveni Apartments, Jhilmil Colony, which comes under district Shahdara .Our area is suffering from very poor water quality which smells like sewer water and is black in colour.I suspect some pipeline of the DJB has been busted somewhere near a sewer causing the problem. Please help us in this matter since its a very serious issue and has a potential to turn into an epidemic. We hope that our government and DJB will take some strict action in this matter so that people will have safe drinking water to drink.
