We are not living in our house nor anyone is using it and due to Covid we could not visit our house in West Delhi in last 2 years.
Recently someone forwarded a water bill in my name thru Whatsapp for my floor with the charges as well as arrears. it seems that our meter is not working and we are getting charged at random.
