Delhi Jal Board — water contamination complaint

I am a resident of ashok vihar, phase-1. For the last one week the water we are getting smells like sewage and looks contaminated. Every time we call at the jal board helpline they do not register a complaint and keep giving us phone numbers of area officials who again are not taking any action after the intimation. This is extremely inhuman as water is a basic need and quick action must be taken to fix the issue. How can this be ignored?

Water in the Shadipur area (I am a resident near Badi Chaupal) from past few days is very dirty and smells a lot. It is unfit for daily usage and consumption. Please look into this matter
