My home is vacant since March 2023.
Why have you deliberately changed the status of meter as UNMT? There is no actual water and electricity consumption at the vacant home.

Please make necessary amendments in the water bill and issue a new bill based on actual usage.

I have already paid the excess payment of Rs.1437 from 09-05-23 to 20-07-23 and I also want refund of the same.
