Myself NAVIN KUMAR DUTTA, Address - H.No.- 67 (GF), Gali No.- 6, Near Peer Baba Road, Om Vihar Phase -5, (CUID-5807), Mohan Garden - 110059. K. No.- [protected], Meter connection in the name of OM NARAYAN SINGH, hereby inform to you that my Water meter is stolen by thieves on 26/04/2021 evening. Kindly lodge my complain and take necessary action to provide new water meter.
