Delhi Jal Board — Wrong Bill since Dec'14

ZRO ( Yojna Vihar ) Reg Bill no.[protected] dtd 27.12.14 of Rs 585 paid on Jan 2015. Wish to say, the reading 364KL was not correct. This was conveyed to meter reader when visited for next bill. At that time also it was much much less. He suggested to add only 4KL usage of water in each month and accordingly next bill no.[protected] dtd 25.2.15 was generated and the bill was not paid by me. I had requested him to correct the reading and pay back the extra amount I had deposited in Jan 2015. For this I had earlier lodge a complaint in yr web site. But no correction as on date is done. Today I had taken the photo of meter and reading is 355.26KL. Kindly correct the earlier bills and pay back the excess amount pay by me. on 11.7.15, again bill of RS 703 is generated. please it all.
