[Resolved]  Delhi Jal Board — WRONG METER READING AND HIGH BILL AMOUNT

Dt. 18/11/2014 DELHI JAL BOARD, Subhashnagar Branch NEW DELHI SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING WRONG READING OF WATER METER AGAINST K NO-[protected] DEAR SIR I HAVE RECEIVED THE BILL FROM 28TH JULY TO 17TH OCTOBER-2014 ON DATED 16/11/2014. In the Bill Final Current Meter reading Mentioned is 494 as on dt 17/10/2014, however on dated 18/11/2014 the actual reading is 457. Please note that due to wrong reading you have sent the High Bill amount which is not acceptable to me. I request you to kindly recheck the meter reading and send the revised bill so that I can make Payment. Refer our previous bill where there was no such type of consumption. Now I once again request kindly correct the bill accordingly to enable me to make payment.
