My meter reading on 05/01/22 was 00081.97m3 and today it is 00084.44m3.
I had lodged a complaint on 05/01/22 regarding this but when I called customer care they told me that my complaint has been cancelled and my meter is faulty.
But when my meter is running then how can they say that meter is faulty. On 28/12/21 meter reading was 72m3 but after that no one has came to record the reading and they entered reading 100m3 by themselves.
Please see the matter and correct my bill as soon as possible.
