Recently I shifted to Vishnu garden. Part 1 street no.3 water is not coming from last 4-5 days we all were facing lots of problem due to efficient of water I request you to kindly note and taking a action thank you

The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as RDDT (Reading Detained) and reading status is shown in system is 887. According to him the unit reading was notreal but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition in fact as on today the actual reading is 886units (screenshots of the meter is enclosed herewith) which were the total units since the meter had been replaced. Now the bill has come to Rs.3750which is completely unjustified. and i alsi compIain in kakrola mode but zro not listing my problem and he said that your meter is not running i am enclosing here the screenshot of the meter reading and bill in support of my claim that the meter is working properly. This is clearly a case o[censored]nnecessary harassment because a similar incident has also occurred once where the department has reversed the fake charges. Meter reader is forcing us that you must waste the water whether or not you require it. I am ready for the any test which might be initiated by the department.
