ISSUE: Wrong Water Bill with meter status 'STP' while meter is always working fine.

As per latest bill from DJB, I have to pay amount 47590/- to DJB.
The basis of this bill is 'Average Assessed' with Meter Status 'STP'.

I would like to tell you that ..My Water Meter was always working fine and DJB employee never checked it . Instead, They always put it in 'STP' status.
I am attached photos of Water Meter with reading ' 00174-64' for your reference, which shows it is working fine.
With such less number o[censored]sage, how come I can get bill of 47590/-.

I request DJB Authority to recalculate my Bill on the basis of my actual meter reading and punish DJB employee who always showed my meter status 'STP'.

Updated by Mritunjaya Dixit I am having DJB connection with kno, the meter reading is not being taken from my meter since it is installed and bill on average policy basis is being sent to me. Details with meter photos are attached in the given compalint. My consumption is very less and still I am receiving huge bills.

Hence kindly waive off the charges from bill and provide bill for actual consumption.
