This is to bring to your kind attention to the tragic condition of roads in our area especially Main Mangal Bazar Road, B-Block, Jahangir Puri, Delhi – 110033. There are large pits & holes all over the roads which is very dangerous for the commuters and results in accidents in the area on daily basis.
During rainy season the pits get filled by rain water making it difficult to cross. The drainage system in the areas is in very terrible state. The sewage water is always overflowing on the road leading to presence of dirty stagnate water on the road every time.
There is an illegal garbage dump on both sides of the road making it very difficult for the residence and other people to pass from the area without covering their nose / face.
Needless to say that stagnate water along with garbage is a major health hazard. There is a fear of breakdown of water borne diseases such as Malaria, Dengue, Chikungunya and many others at epidemic proportion because of such unhygienic condition.
We request to you kindly look in to this serious matter and reconstruct the said road for safety of the residents and daily commuters. It will be a very prominent step in achieving the mission of SWATCH BHARAT of our Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narander Modi
