Delhi Police — Fake Challan Done In Delhi by the officers

We were crossing jhandewalan choc suddenly we stuck in traffic and we were standing at the gol chakar in traffic suddenly a constable came and asked us for the DL, then my friend showed him his DL because we don't know why he is asking for that then he asked us to park our car. He said we jumped the red light but we didn't and after that when I asked him about the photograph of our incident he refused to show any picture, then he became aggressive and other constable asked us for 1000rs for convensing other constable for not doing challan but we refused to fulfill his greed and they fined us in 184MVA, 146/196MVA- for not having insurance but we have the insurance which was genuinely not a good behaviour towards us and we had not committed any of them for which he fined us.
