We deliver software to atech system (tin -[protected] on 29/09/2915 and 07.10.2015 and raised the invoice as below

The party paid 10% advance by cheque no 528595 on 17/9/2015 amount 59627 and 15% after 15 days ie 2/10/2015 amount 89440. the balance was due after 30 days. they gave us postdated cheque no 447201 amount 447201 dated 17/10/2015 to our horroe and great disapponintment there cheque bounced. on repeated communication the company owner amit kumar sharma kept avoinding calls on repeated followup he started giving excuses and kept lieing. after fev days every person in the company switched off the there phone permanently. his mobile number are [protected], [protected]. the owner of the compnat is amit kumar sharma (address -907/3 shakti khand -4 indrapuram ghaziabad) he is ceo of atech it hub and a-sys tehnologies pvt ltd and other direcotr is ashok kumar address 36 bulandshar dehat -1 bulandshar, 2013001 uttar pradesh and mobile number [protected],[protected]
