Sir, Recently i have received a notice no.32311070 regarding my hyundai i20 car registration no. Hr12af4122 for without helmet description for your kind information currently i am living in rohtak city i have not taken my car out since it has been lock down in my city. And i received a notice for not wearing a hamlet. Hamlet is not necessary for car driving. Please check the details regarding notice. I think this notice has been sent to me by mistake.
