Hello sir,

Myself neela suri, resident of flat no. 62, 2nd floor, lig flats, pocket-d, phase-3, ashok vihar, delhi - 110052. Owner of my flat is lt. Manak chand suri. Our water meter has been stolen by thieves while i was out of station. Delhi jal board k no. Is - [protected].

Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.
