Delhi Traffic Police — rash driving

On 7th Nov, HERO (HF-DELUXE) No. UP 84 AC 1448 was driven by Saurabh Yadav Near Rajouri Garden Market, Delhi-27. He was looking drunk. He was riding so rash that my car was just about to get hit. Even after asking him to drive properly, he did not pay any attention and kept on driving rash. Moreover he started giving vulgar gestures to the females sitting in my car. We had a baby with us n was sitting on front seat. In argument, he said, “I am Saurabh Yadav from UP & nobody can do anything to him as he belongs to UP”
Please take strict action against Saurabh Yadav for rash driving. These kinds of people are injurious for society. Please do the needful. Please find the screenshot of vehicle registration status.
