I ordered a chair from eagle furniture Amazon. It has reached Chennai 20 days back but hasn't been delivered yet. They make fake delivery attempts. I have called them every day telling them the correct address but they aren't bothered to update. Poor poor poor customer service. Pathetic...

My order was not delivered and fake attempts are done.
Without my consent shipment got returned.
Nobody giving proper information.

I ordered a product through flipkart. And the delivery agency was delhivery agency. It was about to be delivered by 20th oct 2021, but till this date it is not delivered. I am very unsatisfied by the agency as it was reached the nearest hub 1 week before the delivery date and didn't come to house. My order at Amazon was sent it through Delhivery with tracking no[protected]. It has reached Guwahati on 18.10.2021. From there, it is not move to the destination (Aizawl). Why is it taking so long (4 days) in Guwahati....

Pick done on 20th Oct 2021 from my house by a guy wearing black t-shirt of delhivery name printed on it. He even called me on 20th before visited my place. you can check the recording to confirm the same. Thereafter I did not see any pick up done status on delhivery website. Rather I receive pickup reschedule messages on my mobile. I am very much concern now about my packet. I hope it is safe and if misplaced...

Please improve your service. How can someone be so free to wait for your one time call from delivery person, and even if we call back we never reach them. Even when we don't cancel the order why do they cancel by themselves without the customer's concern. Such a poor service. Ordered a product from Ajio online on 3 October. Since then the product is in transit. Shows delhivery delay. Reached Dankuni hub on 18 October. Since then no updates. No communication. It's a prepaid order. Ajio gives false promises every time I approached them. Delhivery never replies via email or sms or anything. I have raised it with resolver.in. still no help. Don't know how to contact delhivery....

They do not get delivered on time...then they accuse me of wrong address...but when i contacted them, they said that they can deliver it on next day on that same address... This is a very rude behaviour... There are many company in this segment if you are unable to give us service, then shut your little missmanaged company and leave the ground for the pro...

Please have a proper customer care number and support service. My parcel arrived at Visakhapatnam on Oct 17th. since then it is not out for delivery. no facility available to reach them....

I've raised multiple complaints via support email to team regarding my pick up request #[protected] and yet no response. each mail just auto replies issues will be resolved. request #[protected] was made on 15th Oct and yet no response....

My package was supposed to be delivered on 11th Oct as per the courier service, it got delayed for some nonsense reason (customer executive says the weather is not good which caused delayed delivery).
