Delhivery Courier Service — Worst delivery services

I have ordered a product from yepme.com, and it was supposed to get delivered two days back i.e 26-12-13 but till now i haven't received it. when i tracked my order the status says that twice the representative have come to my place but the door was locked, whereas i didn't receive a single call from the representative or anyone has really come but a false status has been updated on the website. Even all the contact information provided was o[censored]se as the numbers provided were not responding, even after three days the status in the same, morning i get an sms that my order has been dispatched for delivery but no one actually comes to deliver and this is not the first it's happenning like this. I request for an possible action against this unreliable courier service and i also request all the online buyers and e-commerce companies to not go for this courier service.
