DELIVERY Courier Service — Cheated with fake product

I had ordered a kurthi on meesho, but due to covid restrictions seller cancelled order later..19/06/21 I had received a parcel from snap deal and along with that an extra package was there with a kurthi tag on the delivery parcel..I thought it to be the parcel which seller cancelled and I gave money since it was a cash on delivery..when I opened parcel I was shocked it was a torn kurthi which was not the one I ordered ...when I was trying for returning the item I couldn't do it becoz I found the tracking link fake..it was such a dissapointing act ...I want my money back becoz I had saved the money to gift my mom a kurta on her birthday...please take necessary action on such scamss..I think even the delivery agent was involved in delivering such fake parcel...please try to resolve my problem as early as possible
