DELIVERY Courier Service — Non receive of Package

Dear Sir,
Sorry to say but in case of my view till the experience of my courieer services DELHIVERY is the worst service provider.
My product tracking no."[protected]" is regitered with your courieer on 16.6.2014.
As per your instructions there was some problem on flight on
19.6.2014, but then also you did not connect the packet on 20.6.2014.May i know the reason why.?Actualy
i desperately need that packet on 21.6.2014 because of a B'day gift,
there was a B'day gift of my loved one but still the product has not
been connected yet.
previously i had deal with other courieer services like
BLUEDART, FIRST-FLIGHT etc. but i have never experienced such a
things.I hope you will take nacessary action against this.
