Dell — asking for money refund or complete replacement of the product | |

Iam satyendra kumar verma.I have purchased a Dell laptop inspiron 3542 core i3, ubuntu based. from ghaziabad on 27/12/2014.
service tag number is.1JXJB12

i was having issues with the Display of the laptop regarding which i have first made a complaint to dell on 21/01/0215.
Then on wards for three weeks a lot of troubleshooting has done but the problem remains unresolved.
following parts have been replaced during troubleshooting process:
1) MOTHERBOARD
2) LCD cables both left and right side.
3) DAUGHTER BOARD
4) Right hand side USB portion
but the problem still remains unresolved as my system is still having problems.
now they are asking for HARD DISK replacement also.
but now am not interested in this product anymore. its highly unreliable.
i am asking for the complete replacement of the
product or THE DELL SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY.
kindly suggest what should be done now.
