Dell — bad and very worst service

i bought dell laptop 3months before from Dell show room(Bharathi Computers, Annanagar)...i have problem now dell inspiron 5521 model...i went to that show room after i had problem in my lap...they tld go dell service center or call toll free no...they didnt responsible word for our laptop..in showroom front saw sales and service we ll provide anything but i u people had any problem they behave like baby sitter mother they donno any thing...i lost 55k laptop ...they are cheated.. its not a Dell show room its look like a wash room n bathroom very worst surrounding..they also behave like ayya... u people pls buy proper show room...dell brand is nice...but dont buy Bharathi computers...
