Dell — Bad product sent and Customer care refusing to return

They have sent a totally different product it does not match what I was billed for and now they are refusing to create a refund. The customer care is rude and says "jo karna hai kar lo". Please help. Service tag number: 32V8H52 Order No.[protected] Order Date - September 10, 2015 2:34:18 PM IST
