My name is ravi r s patel my service tag no. Is B8DZ412 and this is in warranty I want a complaint that my before my laptop battery backup up to 3 to 4 hours but now it gives only 1 to 1.30 hours and when I call to technical support they put my mobile on hold when I call they said your phone is on hold please wait I wait hours and hours but no one can receive my call why?

i like dell but when they not answer properly i was angry...
i had purchase a battery for my dell laptop from snapdeal but its not working properly not even giving a backup of 5 min. and not getting charged many time i speak to the company customer care but after a long discussion i didnt get the proper solution from the company i want to rplace the battery or my money to be refunded ASAP so please do the needfull.
