My name is Sudesh.
This is to bring into your notice that I need your guidance/ help so that I can escalate a matter to
Consumer Forum/ Court.
I purchased a Laptop- Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series and has the description as
NB Dell INSP 3542 4G 13 4/1TB/WIN8/Blue for INR35, 990.00 on 17th October' 2014. I paid the complete amount on the same day via my HDFC Credit Card.
I also, registered myself on www.celebratedellse.com to get the extended security for the system for two years and INR3, 000.00 free- of- cost vouchers from different- different companies.
I got the validation code; however, when I try to register it on http://dell.giftbig.com/convenience-charge.html, it shows me to enter the validation code. When I enter it, the website automatically routes me to http://dell.giftbig.com/ and is asking me to pay INR1, 500.00.
Now, the concern is that I sent the email to the email id.- "GiftBig.com Support"<[protected]@giftbig.com> as mentioned when I purchased the laptop(if I will not get the desired results). The email was sent on 01st November' 2014; however, till this date, I have note yet received even a single acknowledgement.
Please guide me through what needs to be done.
This is so very illiterate, pathetic and unprofessional customer service.
