[Resolved]  Dell — Dell back to college offer promised Sennheiser Headphone not received.

Dear Sir, This is in regards with latest offer from Dell - "Back to College", in which certain category of laptops purchased between a specified date are eligible to avail this offer by paying an additional price of INR 1299.00 to RW Promotions, Bangalore. I already submitted all the required documents along with DD of required amount to: RW Promotions Pvt Ltd No : 24, 1st "A" Main, 7th Cross(Opp. to TVS Showroom), Vignan Nagar, Bangalore - 560075 Ph:[protected]. Post validating the documents, Dell has extended my laptop's warranty by two years and also sent me Levi's voucher. But they did not send me Sennheiser Headphone as promised. I have written several mails to their cursotmer care email id: RW PROMOTIONS <[protected]@gmail.com>, [protected]@rwp.in & [protected]@mygyftr.com; but in vain. I did not receive even a single response from their end. I even tried calling at[protected], but this line always goes busy and no body picks up. My Dell Laptop Serial Number is: JW1L612.
