[Resolved]  Dell — Dell laptop not performing

i had purchased a dell laptop 3 weeks aback a i7 processor with 8gb ram and touch screen worth close to 70k. I am completly speechless about the performance of this laptop, Absolutly rubbish. i was previously using a dell i3 studio laptop which was way better than this i7 inspiron. it takes ages to start a program and to restart or to shut down or what ever you do. more over it gets hanged.!!! even with only windows ofice and internet connection using basic emails and other servies. i cant belive this is happeing with an i7 processer.!
