Dell — DELL monitor does not function

DELL computer monitor model number IN1930S Serial number CN-OWW-PYS 72872. This monitor is not functioning for the last six month and the customer contacted the authorised service center. Technicians came and they took this monitor and went up to their vehichle then came back and told the customer that the problem was physical damage. But the monitor doesn't have any kind of physical damage. Again customer contacted the service center but they didn't mind to the calls and hesitated to answer properly for the questions.
