To, Dell, I was purchased a Dell Vostro Laptop. Seasonal offer given with the Dell Vostro. “Dell Vostro SB Dhamaka offer Valid from 8/05/2015 to 15/06/2015.” “Buy a Dell Vostro Laptop and get a Canon PIXMA MG2570 all in one Printer Worth Rs.4150/- for Rs.499/- only”. Just Because Of Offer given in Dell Vostro Laptop that why I purchased. To Purchased a Printer to apply online registration on www.dellvostro-offer.co.in. I was purchased on 03/06/2015 and apply online registration 10/06/2015. But after registration no S.M.S came on my mobile No. and no Link came in my E-mail ID. For query regarding calling in[protected] but not given response and not Received a call. Root is busy, switch off, when ring is going no call received. Contact No.: [protected], [protected]. E-Mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@yahoomail.com I have complaint that I was purchased a Dell Vostro Laptop Brand only for printer. Otherwise I have to purchase another brand laptop. For what reason I had purchased a Laptop that not fulfilled the requirement then no use of purchasing a laptop of dell. Even I have also complaint of that staff that no responding given on call or E-mail. There are no uses of Mobile No. and E-Mail ID Provide by you for Customer If not fulfilled a query for him/her. Please I Will Requested to you sir that you can help me to get purchased printer on offer Rs. 499/- If I will not get a Printer then I have to think that Dell Authorized Company Misguided a Consumer for increasing a sale of Dell Brand Computer & laptop. If this happen then Reputation of Dell Company image got Bad Impression on me and other Consumers. i have same issue, Dealers are missguide customers to sale their dead stock

I too have the same complaint.

I wish to inform that i have purchased two Dell Vostro 3653 Desktops from Aashirwad Computers on 24/03/2016 and registered for the Canon Pixma Offer.

The ticket number registered for the same are below:

1. C15203a

2. 89725d5

The serial numbers of the Desktops are 82HM6C2 & 82HT6C2.

I have received a mail from kestone stating that the registration is rejected that too after repeated calls and arguments with them was made by me. I do not understand why the offer is rejected when the sales manger from Dell had himself said that the model was eligible for this offer(Copy of the Extract of Mail pasted below for reference)

I have purchased this high end model thinking that this offer was true, but now i feel that a company like DELL is misleading customers with such offers and later rejecting the same giving some or other reasons just to increase their sales.

I also would like to bring to the notice of the company (DELL) that the agency that has been given the responsibility to take of the offer i.e (KESTONE) does not respond to customers quires at all. Their staff with whom I had been interacting Mr.Gopi, does not respond to Email's/ phone calls/ messages. The whole team who are handling the process of the offer are irresponsible and always say that the concerned persons are not available to take my call.

After much arguments i received a mail of rejection of my offer today by mail i.e almost more than 1 month of my registration.

I request that a company (DELL) look into this matter and resolve my issue.
