[Resolved] Dell — Denied replace of speakers though under warranty

Dear Sir, I have bought Dell Laptop Vostro 2520. The shipping date was 19.09.2013 with one year warranty. Some days back suddenly one of the speakers stopped working. I talked to the Dell support team and they denied to replace the speaker. I tried calling them many times and tried to solve it personally but no avail. Now I am really frustrated and disappointed. I want my money back and compensation for my time wastage. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and take necessary action. This will help people suffering from the denied rights to their products and hard earned money. Thank you in advance sir.

After i received a call from Priya ma'am from Consumer Complaints, i received another call from Dell. They took the issue seriously then and agreed to replace the speakers immediately.
