Dear Sir My name : Milesh Christian Service Tag No. : 4335512 My mobile no. : [protected] My address: 202, Suraj flat, bh Shakti-farshan, ellora park subhanpur, vadodara-390023, Gujarat. Reg, EXTENDED WARENTY SCHEME I am waiting from long time for confirmation. I purchased laptop on 15th Aug. 2014, I registered myself in your scheme of extended warranty for 2nd & 3rd year. I receive confirmation email of same. As per requirement I submitted all necessary document . I had also given a cheque of Rs1299. which was deducted from my account on 29/08/2014. BUT no communication was done from your side so I write a mail. In reply you had ask me to submit a copy of cheque deduction in favour of R. W. PROMOTION All this thing was given thro mail on 21 sap 2014. In reply Shyam Chambadan <[protected]@gmail.com> has given a mail that all thing will sent to you with in days on 23rd sap 2014 But still up to no thing was happen. when I ask him again he told me to contact at HELP DESK.
