Dell — faulty product

We had bought a dell venue 8 tablet Price 17, 890 from Reliance Digital, City Center Mangalore on February 20th 2015, the very same day we faced a malfunction in the tablet, the text on the screen were distorted, the very next day We got it to the notice of Reliance Digital and they agreed indeed the tablet was faulty and they replaced it with a new one on 21th February 2015. about 4 or 5 days after using the new tablet, some of the applications started to hang and especially Google Chrome and the tablet used to shut down for no reason, I called Dell Customer Care stating the issue, They asked Me to do some Troubleshooting but it was of no use, then They asked Me to take it to the Service Center Cntrl R, Hotel Shwetha Building, Opp Valencia Church, Valenica Road. Mangalore. After 3 - 4 days They informed Me that the Motherboard of the Tablet is spoilt, and that They'll replace ONLY the motherboard with a new one. I called Dell Customer care and asked for a replacement of the tablet and NOT replacement of ONLY the motherboard, but They convinced Me to having replaced just the motherboard, stating it'll be as good as a new one.The maximum time they told me it'll take to replace would be 2 days but even after enquiring after days together on email and customer care numbers, the only reply I used to get was - " surely by this weekend you'll get", finally after a month of waiting I warned to go to the court if they did not give me the tablet within a day or 2, only then they gave me the tablet ( after a month ), the new tablet which they gave has THE VERY SAME PROBLEM AS THE PREVIOUS ONE, again they asked me to take it to the service center, they too agreed it was indeed faulty, when I called customer care and told I do not want any more replacements or repair I would want a refund of the money or would go for a next version of the tablet for which I agreed to even pay the difference amount, but they said the only option they can provide me is a replacement, to which I said that it just does not make sense to keep replacing a product 4 TIMES, within 2 months, I said I'll go ahead and contact CONSUMER COURT to which they simply replied OK and disconnected the call. kindly help.
