Dell — going blank when opening laptop

sir when i am opening my lap top it goes blank and when it is opened fully it get stabilised and gets ok..but whenever a shivering comes it goes like blank again..i have 2yr warrenty..my model is inspiron3421, expression service code is [protected].service tag 4zy3lw1.kindly need the helpful
