[Resolved] Dell — harassment by dell engineers and executives | |||
sir, i've bought a dell inspiron i3 2 months ago with preloaded windows 8.1.service tag no : B82DRZ1 but from day1, it ran very slow.i was told by customer helpline that your windows has crashed, although being geniune and bought from dell only.troubleshooting was done and it became normal.i use it very less.again the same problem started.dell engineer came and told me that the problem was due to 64 bit processor.but the executive and engineering kept on agruing over the issue and finally converted my laptop to 32 bit.they overcharged me with unjustified charges.now, i am running my laptop without windows, keyboard and mouse drivers blown away.now, they are not responding and if they respond.they are overcharging for everything. plz help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
