Good day,
I wish to inform you that I gave my Alienware m15x laptop for servicing since it was working erratically after windows 10 update. There was some issue with touch pad only but keyboard was working fine which reflects in remark colum of service sheet. When I went for collection they said that keyboard isnt working because it's short and you need to replace the same. Please look into the matter asap. Service bill for your reference

When i switch on the system, its not working.my system have warranty.
i removed all cables and then connected again and checked.but the system is in same condition only.

Sir,
I purchased a Dell Laptop INSP 3558 I35/4/IT/D/15 on 24/06/2016. Since, one week, its battery is not recharging while plugged in.

It is requested to set this problem.
