Dell India — Brand new dell laptop inspiron 7559- not working within 10 days of purchase | |||||
Service tag: b3hj8b2. In 10 days, it stopped working... Goes into auto shutdown freqently... Was given to dell service... Still..In 2 days... It stopped working... Today again a service fellow from dell attended the service... Now he says the motherboard is gone... Touch pad is gone... Battery compartment is gone... I spent 97500/- for this defective piece... Still the dell service guys don't even care.. They say they will send another service guy next week.. They will not replace with a new piece... I feel cheated by dell. Just bought it on may 16, 2016 online from compuindia. It is so frustrating... Now what do i do... Pl advice Was this information helpful? | |||||
