I purchased my laptop about two years ago. After free upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10 after a few months its started slowing ultimately the OS crashed. I used Ubuntu for while but due to lack of many softwares I switched back to Windows. Once again it crashed as usual. So I visited a Dell Outlet (Address: New Nallakunta Main Road, Tilaknagar, Hyderabad - 500044). The retailer's name was Azeem (Phone number: [protected]). He took my laptop for servicing and charged 800 for that. The problem is stated was Windows 10 wasn't compatible for my laptop. He again install 10 and stated that the problem was solved. Just in a day the OS crashed again and when I went back he took the laptop and next day he said that there was problem with my HDD and changed the HDD which costed 4500. After one week the OS crashed again. This time he stated that there was problem with my Graphic card and it needs to be changed. I asked him if he could repair it and he said no once and later spoke to the technician and said that he would try. He kept the laptop for a week and charged 2000 for repair. Now after 3 weeks once again the OS crashed. The first retailer Azeem fled the store and a new guy was there when I again went back with my father. This new guy shows no respect and he in return started shouting and arguing with me and my dad. He even stated as I quote " Nuvu matladatam rechukondi" translation "You first learn how to talk".
So I hereby request you take an immediate action againt the store owners.
