Dell India — Damaged product and don't get support from dell | |||
Hi, I bought a dell inspiron 15 model laptop from dubai. I want to use this laptop in India. This product shows some issues in its first usage. The actual problem is in the boot screen itself. It's service ta code is 30R5K72 and express service code is [protected]. I contacted the customer service in india. They told to transfer the ownership to India. I have done it as per their request. But i didn't get any acknowledgment for my request and also i am not able to contact the customer service since they are telling like they cant find the express service code.
