Dell India — Delay in purchase of my laptop parts | |||
I have a dell inspiron 5547 which has been damaged at the palm rest and bottom and i out of warranty i have paid all the amount required but damn i am not getting my laptop back it has been three damn months till date. Worst service center with minimal response and always procastinating things saying it will be done in this week. The dell service center is located at begumpet, hyderabad. I have recently purchased a dell PC from Hazaratganj Lucknow, and now days i am facing some virus problem on my PC and i have contact to the dell showroom from where i have purchased but got no response from there thatswhy i am writing this email so i request you to registre a cmplaint and take action regarding that .

In my new pc of dell, spark has been done in CPU...please attend this complain as soon as possible and resolve the complain of spark...
