Dell India — Delayed shipments and no proper customer service

Ordered an All-in-One Desktop on 29th December but after payment, I received no tracking information whatsoever. on the website, I couldn’t track using my order number nor get 'order support'. The estimated delivery date is also over and still, no one got in touch with me until I called them. For further context, the product concerned has been pre-paid and costs over 1lac
