I bought Dell Inspiron 5368 Laptop yesterday night 11th Feb 2017 from CROMA Store - Madhapur. As it was at 10pm in the night, I could not check the entire functionality and just the activation of MS Office was done by the store personnel. when I got the laptop at home and tried the touchscreen. Touchscreen of the laptop is not working. I am really very disappointed. I want my laptop problem to be addressed and would like to have a new laptop. How can Dell be so irresponsible for not checking the laptops which they are sending to retailers. I want this to be addressed at high priority. Praveen Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dell change the part in 2013.I have a receipt for that.Now they are telling the part no is not matched on our list.so, i will not give the support to you.But i never chage any part .please help me

Problem to connect with mobile via Bluetooth... Try many times...
As per ownership transfered to India my warranty is misdated.I Cannot use my warranty.so I kindly request to extend my warranty period.so that I can repair my laptop.I purchased laptop on19/07/2016 But it shows now 19/12/2015 so it shows warranty expired please help me from this.
