Dell India — Dell inspiron 13 5368 - touch screen problems within less than a month of purchase | |||
I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 5368 & since purchase I have been facing issues with the touch screen. I called the technical support Center for the same & they made me do certain troubleshooting steps which did not resolve the phone. Later on again I spent more time on the phone and tried to troubleshoot but no luck. Finally they asked me to back up my data and they will do a complete windows format whereas it was very sure the issue was with the hardware and none of this works. I agreed to do the same however I requested them invade it is found that the issue is with the hardware I would want a replacement for the product as I do not wish to have a repaired laptop which is less than a month old and purchase for a high price of Rs. 74000/- Replacement is important as I do not wish to used a repaired laptop within first month of purchase. I have same issue with Inspiron 13 5368 within couple days of purchase. retailer provided replacement but new laptop also has same issue.
