Sir, i have submitted my laptop to your authorized service center on 29th of April and still i have not got the product back.
according to the service center that have told me that my laptop's screen have been replaced 3 times but all the 3 times my screen was defective and they have replaced the mother board also 2 times, and are still not able to find a working screen for my laptop,
I have visited the service center more than 7 to 8 times and called your toll free number also so many times but i have still not got any response from there side, on toll free customer support teams is telling me that it is not our department and service center people are telling me that we are getting defective parts from the dell, we cant do anything we are just a service provider and told me to call on toll free number.
sir you tell me what should i do? i m frustrated with your services, you have repaired my laptop more than 6 times and while it is in your service center and still it is not repaired and on the top of that i cant even find a single person from your service center or from your toll free customer support team who has told me that it is our department and we can help you.
Sir, you are not leaving me with any choice other than to file a suit against dell in consumer forum because this is the limit from your side of holding my laptop and still you are not giving me and harnessing me in every possible way.. Now i do not want to use your dell product i request you to please refund my amount along with the necessary compensation from my troubles. otherwise i will have to find justice with the medium of consumer forum,
