Dell India — Dell laptop crap service | |||||
Got dell laptop gifted from my friend a month ago. Completely poor the performance was. When i lift the laptop its getting switched off. Logged the complaint to customer care and complaint id is [protected]. Express service code:[protected]. Technician came and found that the problem is in mother board. He wants to open the system panel to check it. My question is why to open the brand new laptop in front of me and i asked for the replacement. I hardly used the laptop for just 2 times and i faced all these issues. And other 2 times have been handled by their engineers. Now as per their norm and policies they cannot replace the system where they can only replace the parts. Do you all think that i have my satisfactory usage further with the brand new laptop to repaired laptop? I am speaking to the concern escalation person named sachin who doesn't have proper convincing attribute. Straight the way he cant replace it as if he purchased the product and gifted me. Make sure you all satisfy the end consumer as they are giving business to you. Crap customer service. For all, Never go to the dell until they have proper customer service. You will be ruining the money and your happiness in using that. Such a poor product to my concern. Not at all recommended.
