Dell India — Dell Service center not repairing the laptop | |||||
Hello Team, I have purchased Dell Inspiron 3558 on April 8, 2016. But due to my charging port issue i have given my laptop to your authorised service center below DIGICOMP COMPLETE SOLUTION LIMITED, SADASHIV PETH, PUNE Laptop given to service center DATE:- 1/8/2016 Todays Date :- 29/9/2016 Its almost 60 days i am not getting any call from service center and still i am waiting for my laptop. I laptop is still not repaired even i paid them 5000 RS in advance. My laptop is in warranty DSP reference NO:- ENQ/DGPUNE-2/16-17/0001934 Was this information helpful? | |||||
