I bought a dell inspirion laptop from 'dell exclusive store, shop4. Durga vihar, s. P. Verma road, patna'on 7th of june 2016.
After a week there was a horizontal line on the display screen and it was permanent. Also i am unable to insert earphone as the jack is having some issue. I went to the store for this issue they asked me to contact dell service center and gave me a contact number '[protected]'.
I tried reaching customer care multiple times but the calls get disconnected before getting connected to any representative. After a week i again visited the 'dell exclusive store'. They called customer care and after talking with them for an hour or long, conducting test on call they said they will look into this issue. They said they will send a technician to fix this issue. I told them this is not a software issue as the laptop screen is faulty, after having a hour long discussion they said they will replace the laptop with a new one but it will take 30-40 days and i agreed for the same. I told them very clearly i do not want a technician fixing this issue and again going through the same.
After a week they are saying they cannot replace the laptop and they will send a technician to fix it.
How does this whole issue looks logical to them? I bought a laptop which started showing issues within a month and they are giving different solutions for the same. They agreed to replace the laptop but then they are changing it stating that we could not. Was this information helpful? |
